The movie revolves around the story of a girl and boy who meet in a medical center. Both the leads are suffering from a high level of cancer which does not have any treatment. To add more to their pain, the boy and the girl has to stay away from each other at a distance of 6 Feet, at all times. However, as the movie progress, they decide to take an inch of a risk and turn 6 feet into “5 Feet”. Hence the name of the movie! We all know what happens at the end.
