Many critics described this anime movie as being an animated masterpiece that successfully fuses reality with dreams. This one here was directed by Satoshi Kon while the screenplay was done by Seishi Minakami. This is also considered as one of the best anime movies with drama and mystery elements.

If you are an action lover, then this one here might not be for you since that isn’t really the focus of Paprika. The plot here follows Detective Toshimi Konakawa who is investigating a series of murders that somehow linked with people using technology to send each other dreams.

Makoto Shinkai directed it while it follows Taki Tachibana and Mitsuha Miyamizu who appear to be complete strangers at first sight. That is until one day both their bodies start swapping and they have to find a way to work together in order to stop the phenomenon from happening again.
